Itinerary

Arrival at Delhi International airport. Welcome to India !

Meeting and assistance upon arrival at Delhi airport after clearing formalities of Immigration and customs.

You will be transferred to your hotel for overnight stay.

After breakfast at the hotel proceed for city tour of Old Delhi. You will be visiting Red Fort (Drive past), Chandni Chowck, Spice market, Rajghat, Birla Temple. Also enjoy cycle rickshaw ride in Old Delhi. 

Afternoon visit New Delhi.

India Gate, Parliament House, Qutab Minar, Purana Qila, Jantar Mantar Etc.

One of the most popular monument Qutub Minar is a UNESCO World Heritage site, presenting a glimpse into the grandeur of the past. Owing to its worldwide popularity Qutub Minar has become an integral part of every Delhi Tour.

Delhi Qutub Minar boasts of being one of the tallest minarets in the world as the height of Qutub Minar is 72.5 meters. Built in 1192 by Qutab-ud-din Aibak, it is considered to be first building, marking the arrival of Muslim rulers in the country. Although there are also a few contradicting theories on the same.

Return to hotel for overnight stay.

After breakfast at the hotel drive to Agra. Upon arrival check in at the hotel.

Afternoon proceed to visit Agra Fort.

Agra Fort, also known as Agra’s Red Fort, is a historical fort in the city of Agra, India. It was established by the Mughal emperor Akbar in the 16th century and served as the seat of government when the Mughal capital was in Agra. The fort was later renovated by Akbar and the present-day structure was completed in 15731. It was the main residence of the emperors of the Mughal Dynasty till 1638, when the capital was shifted from Agra to Delhi. The fort is a UNESCO World Heritage site.

Early morning proceed for sunrise visit to Taj Mahal.

Taj Mahal, the pinnacle of Mughal architecture, was built by the Mughal emperor Shah Jahan (1628-1658), grandson of Akbar the great, in the memory of his queen Arjumand Bano Begum, entitled ‘Mumtaz Mahal’. Mumtaz Mahal was a niece of empress Nur Jahan and granddaughter of Mirza Ghias Beg I’timad-ud-Daula, wazir of emperor Jehangir. She was born in 1593 and died in 1631, during the birth of her fourteenth child at Burhanpur. Her mortal remains were temporarily buried in the Zainabad garden. Six months later, her body was transferred to Agra to be finally enshrined in the crypt of the main tomb of the Taj Mahal. The Taj Mahal is the mausoleum of both Mumtaz Mahal and Shah Jahan.

Return the hotel for the breakfast. Afterwards drive to Jaipur. Enroute visit Fatehpur Sikri. 

Fatehpur Sikri is a UNESCO World Heritage Site that offers a glimpse into the glorious past of the Mughal empire. Built by Emperor Akbar in the 16th century, this red sandstone city was his grand vision of a new capital, but was abandoned after only 14 years due to water scarcity. Today, you can explore the splendid palaces, courtyards, and mosques that showcase the fusion of Persian and Indian architecture. Don’t miss the majestic Buland Darwaza, the highest gateway in India. 

Later continue your drive to Jaipur. Upon arrival check in at the hotel.

Rest of the day free to relax.

After Breakfast proceed for excursion to Amer Fort.

Amber fort or Amer Fort is located at about eleven kilometres north of the city of Jaipur along the NH-8. The fort was constructed on the Kalikho hills formed by the Aravalli ranges. The fort was tactically built amidst the Aravalli ranges along with the Maotha lake and the Sagar lake. Numerous points along NH-8 provide a breathtaking view of the fort as it is mirrored simultaneously in the Maotha Lake. The fort was established in the 16th century by the Kachhwaha rulers but only after they had destroyed the older structures that had been constructed by the Meena clan. The primary attractions in the fort are: Diwan-e-Am, Diwan-e-Khas, Ganesh Pol, Jaleb Chowk,,Singh Pol, Jai Mandir, Yash Mandir, Sukh Mandir, Sheesh Mahal, Suhag Mandir, Sila Devi Temple, Bhool Bhulaiya and Zanana Dyodhi.

Go up to the fort on the back of an Elephant.

Later visit City Palace and Observatory.

Evening free for independent activities.

Afternoon enjoy Camel ride.

After breakfast at the hotel proceed for city tour of Pushkar. Pushkar is a charming and ancient city in Rajasthan, India, that attracts pilgrims and tourists alike. It is famous for its sacred lake, where Hindus believe that a dip can wash away sins and cure diseases. It is also home to the only temple dedicated to Brahma, the creator god, in the world. After breakfast drive to Mandawa.

Upon arrival check in at the hotel.

Afternoon proceed to visit Havelis and water well.

Return to hotel for overnight stay.

After breakfast at the hotel. Morning is free for leisure.

Afternoon drive to Delhi. Upon arrival transfer straight to airport to board flight for onward destination.
